Would it be ok to drink a green smoothie after a workout? I'm running late and I'm not sure on what to eat after I am done working out. I had dinner at around 5pm so I don't want to have a "big meal" again. Help!

No. Not a green one. Can you get a brown one?0

Hi kfalcon1, Green smoothie can be a great post work-out meal. As long as it has a good amount of healthy carb, protein and liquid. Try this smoothie: 2 cups kale + 1 cup each of frozen blueberries, pineapple and orange + a couple of tablespoon chia seeds + a cup of coconut water. Blend everything until smooth. Always use organic veggies and fruits.1
