Hello I'm new here. I just new a little more motivation. I am really out of shape and I and my willing to work at it.

The motivation has to come from you. But we're here to encourage you along.
If you're really out of shape, begin by walking an hour a day until you get used to that. You can do this. It takes some dedication but once you start things will go fine.0 -
Add me if you like. The fitbit bracelet helps keep me motivated to walk. It tracks steps and you can compete with other fitbit friends. I went from 199 steps a day to a high of 30,000. My daily goal is 10,000 steps right now, but when I want to win I become a hot stepper! Also, find good friends on MFP that will communicate with you through likes and comments. That way you will have encouragement and sometimes good advice.0
