I was wandering has anyone tried a 20-40 day challenge before ? Has anyone ever heard about the Prevention 21 day challenge ? Need some support about this if you can.

    hello.. did you start this challenge? I just read about it this weekend. I am going to sign up today. If you have been on it already since May 1st.. what are your thoughts so far?
