Back again

Well...here I am again. Last year at this time I was working to get to a goal weight of 130 by the first week of June. I attained that goal and kept it off for the summer. Early fall had some stressful things happen in personal and professional life and seemed to gain back 16 lbs. EEEEKKKK The stress isn't going away...so I have to figure a way to get this off with that and attending PT for an ongoing back/hip issue which limits my activity. Before I lost the weight w/o even exercising because I was dealing with my back issues then as well.

Now I'm logging calories, walking 30 mins/day for at least 5 days a week and doing strength training in my p/t routine. I've only been serious for the last week....but no loss yet.

If anyone is interested in being support buddies, I would welcome that.

I have another vegas trip coming up and I know I'm not going to hit my last years goal...too much to lose, too little time. But I would like to lose at least 6lbs.
