Hi! Im Christian. Ive been on my journey to get fit for a little over a year now. Ive made great progress since i first started but im slowly losing motivation to want to excercise and my diet has gone downhill.
Im not entirely new to the Myfitnesspal app, ive used it on and off to try and get my diet on point in the past. Other than tracking my food, that was all i used it for.
Im hoping to finally utilize the community feature on this bad boy to try and find some friends who are on the same journey as me! Lets help each other out, add me!

I think you have to try and remember what your goal is and the reason that you decided you needed a change in your life. A year is a long time congratulations but don't give up. Try making small achieve able goals for yourself . And find others that would be willing to exercise with you.0
