hello
well yesterday i had a rough day, and i just i happened to have a brand new jar of Organic natural sugar free peanut butter (healthy fats), and what happened is that jar was nearly wiped off the face of this earth, i ate 2/3 of it, 220grams, 114 grams of fat,
which makes the total of fats i had that day about 125.. and my goal, since im bulking is around 70

so my question is, on the next day, should i be eating less fats, lets say 30 grams? because of the surplus from yestrerday, or does my body need these ~ 70g of fats every day???

thank you :)

Don't stress it dude, it'll all be okay. I'd be more worried about the calories if it was my diary haha.

It's fine, fat doesn't make you fat :-)

This is why I don't by natural peanut butter.

Don't worry about it and don't make this a habit.

dont worry about it, and dont eat less fat today.

you're bulking so a few extra calories wont matter quite so much anyway!

    plus, Mmmmmm, peanut butter!!!!!
