If you mean exercises to shrink the fat layer, all exercises do that. No exercise targets fat loss from one spot though. It doesn't work that way. So just do the ol' calorie deficit thing. Strength training helps raise metabolism, but a full-body program is best, not just abs. Do you have access to a gym?0

planks.. particularly static planks are a decent beginner's exercise for engaging core .. once you can hold a plank for 60 seconds you need to make them dynamic / add weights .. yaknow like a push-up etc
it's all about building resistance0
