Back to getting healthy!
As someone with MS I have bouts of fatigue which tends to throw exercise out of my routine for weeks at a time, and when I leave work can't face shopping and then cooking. So... looking for recipes that are tasty when reheated, and any suggestions on energy-boosting foods.

Hi Carolyn, I too have MS...Ive lost 53lbs in 9 months using diet alone. Im in a wheelchair and cannot walk at all so diet was/is my focus. I love eating protien type bars every few hours between my 3 main meals each day (eat 7-8 times a day usually). Try getting some different bars to find a kind you like. I bake chicken tenders or hamburgers once a week for the whole week. I just reheat in microwave.0
