After trying full paleo, whole 30, 21DSD and a host of exotic detox diets I think I have finally found a happy medium that I can follow without either piling on the pounds or being on the verge of starvation. The primal keto diet seems to be just the job and now I'm keen to meet fellow keto campaigners to swap fat bomb recipes and bulletproof coffee secrets :smiley:
