help stuck planning my meals

Hi all, I am having trouble planning m3also. I am taking a vita diet shake for breakfast and lunch, doing snacks between and a good healthy dinner. I find because the shakes are only 170calories for each meal. I am left with about 1400 calories for the day for snacks and dinner. Does anyone have any ideas for snacks and dinner meals that willmstick within this allowance. I find the meals I have been having are way to big and I need to get onto the portion sizes as I am left feeling extremely full this being the only meal of the day. I need to have some ideas for snacks and meals that won't leave me feeling too full. Hope this makes sense.

    I'm sorry, i have no idea. Is there a reason you don't have a bigger breakfast / lunch? that would use up the calories, and spread them around throughout the day, not have ~ 1400 or so for dinner. Or isn't the point of the shakes that you will eat LESS at dinner, leaving you with LESS calories consumed during the day, thus (supposedly) a higher weight loss?
  • I am not very good at explaining. I don't use the full amount of calories maximum 500 odd for dinner. I still have some left over.
