I need friends and motivation. I really do. I'm fed up with excuses I'm fed up with the same routine that's getting me no where... My worse enemy is those lazy negative thoughts in my head. I need help I need strength I need friends who are in the same path of wanting to lose weight, be fit, feel sexy and happy.

Happy to buddy up with your for support and motivation!! You need a plan of action. Have you thought about how you'd like to do it. What would be the best way to fit into your lifestyle? I find having a plan, making meals in advance, portion control, some bulk cooking etc helps. Do you cook for yourself? Have you done anything before with success? Happy to help. Add me if you like.

When it comes to friends, I feel it works best to scout around the forums for people who share your specific challenges and goals, that you find encouraging or that you feel you could encourage, and that seem to be active on the site. Then reach out to them personally with a short message.
My experience has been you don't necessarily need motivation right away- you need to make a change. Not a complete overhaul, but one simple change you can live with. You'll feel good about it, maybe even see some positive results, and that will build a desire for another simple change. You can build motivation and strength :)

    Hi Debbie
    Thanks for writing:)
I actually started March 16th .... I was doing great until April 14 when my mom had surgery... I was staying at home to watch over her.... She's better now however i lost the motivation of go to the gym/workout... Previously I was going 6 days a week super motivated inspired ... I'm doing portion control and I love it:) I'm eating healthy it's just the workout.
