Hello, I'm a 41 year old happily married man looking for some fitness friends/motivators. While my account is new I have used myfitnesspal for several years and have had some great success (76lbs gone) and have learned a lot. I currently want to cut (35-40lbs) while lifting, I'm already down 18lbs. Once I get to my goal weight I intend on doing long term low weight gain bulks (10lbs -5 months) while lifting then short 2lbs a week cuts for 5 weeks for better body composition. Some long term goals. If you want to add me as a friend that would be great!
