New to group...

Good morning fellow MFP,
I am new to the group and would like to make MFP part of my weight loss plan. My goal is shed 30 to 40 pounds of weight by the end of 2015. I am currently 214 and would like to be in the 175 to 180 range. I started using MFP four days ago and see a great value in the app. I also use a Garmin Vivofit to track steps, heart rate, runs, calories burned and sleep. I starting with walking and will progress to running soon.
Please ADD me, as I need group support to meet my weight goal.
