losing the FAT

Please add me. I have a long way to go. Goals are to reach 200. I started at 277, I'm currently 273!

I only lost 1 pound this week but did have wine 3 times I find it difficult when the weekends here0

Damn weekends! LOL!
Seriously though...that's when most social occasions happen...hard to be good when your being social and trying to have fun!
