I almost always go over on my sugar count. Is that a bad thing? Sad thing is though, I'm not even eating whole fruit either. Help.

it depends what you are going over your sugar on, I try to keep clear of any processed sugar and food as it seems to be empty calories for me, I say as long as its fruit and veg then I dont mind0

Do you eat a lot of dairy? MFP counts the lactose in dairy products too as sugar. I go over my limit every day in sugar and it hasn't done me any harm so far. If I hit a major plateau at some point I might look at that but I don't consider it to be the most important macro at the moment. If you are concerned you could take off the sugar from fruit and dairy and see if you are still over I know a few people do that.0
