Is there a good way to track a weight lifting work out? I work out twice a week for an hour at the gym, and am always very hungry throughout the day after, but is there a way to reflect those calories in the tracker? I've added squats, push ups, etc., but they don't show any calories burned.

Under Exercise, in your Exercise Diary, you can add calories burned for strength training exercises, but you have to do it under Cardio not Strength Training. If you don't find your exercise listed, you can custom add it and assign your own calorie burn.0

On the sight weight lifting shows as not burning calories. I would check other places on the internet and find out how much you are likely burning and add in your own workout with the calories.
I do circuit training which is under cardio, so I track it that way.0
