OK, so I know a lot people on here think Les Mill's Body Pump isn't great...but I LOVE it. Since I've been going regularly (Jan.), I've lost 3 sizes, toned up majorly, and have lost about 10 lbs. I feel awesome! Anyway, for those Body Pumpers, Release 93 is HARD. Well, today, I did the squat track with 20 lbs. on each side!!! Whooo hooo! I was so excited! The bar, I think, is 7 lbs. That's the most I've ever done! And I felt AWESOME after!
