Weight 272 today and A1C=11. Not happy about that I am here to get started in the right direction with my weight and blood sugar levels. It wont be easy but i hope i can find some friends here that have the same goals and we can support each other. i was put in levemir yesterday along with metformin and actos that i have been taking for two years now. Its really my fault for not following the doctors orders about eating right and exercising. we love to eat out and i need to stop and start watching the old carbs again. So Hello to all reading my profile and add me if you want to be friends and help each other.

Good luck! Lol..husbands A1C was 13 now 9... still bad, but better! he is on metformin as well and januvia was added just a few months ago...huge difference...I changed our diet..eliminated a lot of crap..adjusted portions...was dubed the f**cking food nazi! but..he is slowly..and grumbling every step getting healthier! Feel free to add!
