The 100th Day

Hello, my name is Kenneth. I recently graduated from college and in many respects it was a wake up call in all aspects of my life. In particularly from the start of college to about January of 2015 I had gained 130lbs or so, putting me in the worst state of my life. Albeit even at my best I was still pretty bad. However, now Im determined to make a change. For awhile I thought I was gonna fall off the wagon, had used Weight Watchers promotional for about a month but didn't continue. Even used Myfitnesspal and didn't continue. Now though I just recently passed my 100th day here, and I think its here to stay. Ive already made some rather permanent changes, enough that friends and family have noticed. To anyone else just starting out, you got this, just think where you will be a quarter of a year from now. Im 27lbs down, and Im not stopping.
