Are you referring to MFP's levels?
Or are you looking at a TDEE calculator?

    MFP classifies their as -
Active: Spend a good part of the day doing some physical activity (e.g. waitress, mailman)
They do not include exercise in their calculations. So you would go by what your daily life is like then add in your exercise.

    TDEE includes exercise
    f you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week)
If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week)
If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week)
If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training)

I would probably go moderately active for what you describe.

If you're using MFP's method, just go by the descriptors...they don't include exercise...with MFP you log deliberate exercise after the fact to account for that activity and earn additional calories.

Otherwise, use a TDEE calculator and follow their descriptors.
