I'm a stay at home mom of 2 year old twins and a 6year old daughter. I was diagnosed with pcos recently. Looking for friends who will support and encourage me on this journey !

    New here as well. Me and my wife also have a little girl. Would like to know your workout plan if you do exercise at home. She cant seem to find a good one. GOOD LUCK

    I walk roughly 6 miles everyday with the twins in a jogging stroller while my oldest is at school :)

    I'm a stay at home mom with 5 year old twins. I also have pcos, makes every thing difficult. Hoping I can get with the program and make it stick
