Has any women lost any weight eating 1600 calories a day?

Look, don't lose all your confidence.
Just follow the guidelines MFP put out for you based on your weight loss goals and body stats. Don't over-complicate this.
You will get your best results with accurate measuring...unfortunately that's not with measuring cups. Get a scale.
Really, MOST people do best with a nice, moderate weight loss....NOT crash dieting. (That's the recommendation for 1500-1700 calories) There's a lot of reasons for this. 1200 calories is REALLY LOW and honestly I've been here a while and it's one of the big "newbie mistakes" seen here. For some people, the ultra low diet is necessary but it's really a rough path.0
