Hey MFP friends,
I am so excited to be on this journey with all of you! I could use some help from all of your fabulous people. I have an overwhelming sweet tooth. I ADORE things like jujubes, wine gums...the chewier and sweeter the better. I love fruit, but somehow it doesn't have that same "guilty pleasure" feeling and I never feel as satisfied. Any of you other sweet lovers out there have some low-cal, good-for-you, diet-friendly sweet treats that satisfy your sweet tooth?

Try putting some sweet green grapes in the freezer It makes them have a smooth texture like ice-cream!
you could try making homemade fruit roll ups out of healthy fruit???
or just dehydrate some fruit until its chewy not crispy...0 -
Haven't found anything that will replace candy really properly. But craisins have the chew factor. And when I'm eating fruit, I'll cut it up so it's more "popable", and a big bowl of raspberries sometimes helps me feel like I've got a big bowl of candy. I think it's just a matter of trying to break the habit. After a few weeks of raspberries over candy it does get much easier.0
