What is the Longest Period of time U kept weight off after successfully completing a diet? How did you keep the weight off?
The longest for me was 15 years. Then I slipped back into bad eating habits. I wish that MFP had been around years ago. MFP is a great plan for maintenance.

8 years give or take a few kilos (my weight fluctuates a little but I have a pretty good handle on it) Went from 113kg down to a healthy weight and never gained it back.
Can be done.

Two years and counting
My maintenance Plan-
-16:8IF (my eating window is 11am-7pm)
-semi-regular calorie tracking here on MFP (aim to do 4-5 times a week)
-weigh most of my food on a food scale when I'm at home, and always measure out portion sizes
-daily weigh-ins, which I track on a phone app
-I eat out a lot and I ALWAYS check the restaurant site before we go, to get nutritional/calorie info on what I'm going to eat
