This post is for anyone with Endometriosis. I've been diagnosed for almost 2 years but I'm sure I've had this much longer. I've showed symptoms since before I can remember. Specifically sciatic pain (I typically walk with a cane during my flare ups) Anywho- my question is- how do you get through the pain? Is there any pre workout or post workout you do? I'm doing well so far... But I'm only on day two. Haha I need advice!!

Hello! Fellow Endo-er here. I've had it for six years now. I had pretty severe pain for about a week total out of the month. There isn't anything pre or post workout I do, besides taking pain medication as needed. If it's super bad, I take it easy, a light walk or some yoga. The most important thing is that I do it every. single. day. No matter how bad it is, I make myself do something. Consistency helps me feel better about what I'm doing, even if it's not as hard core as I'd like due to the pain.
