I'm always moving and don't find much time to cook. Two jobs and barely find time for the gym. I'm in need of some quick recipes. Any help or information is appreciated. Tired of tasteless meals.

Hi:
I was not much of a cook or eating in when I started my journey. I started to cook my favorite food in a healthier version . I called it "version 2.0" by replacing elements of it (i.e. boiled eggs instead of fried eggs; Oatmeal made from scratch instead of instant version; Baked chicken instead of fry; etc, etc, etc)
I cook two different meals for the week on Sunday afternoon and I put them on glass containers at the fridge, after pot has cooled down.
I found out I was saving money by buying my groceries and cook my own meals plus I am eating healthier. I use good quality ingredients and I know what I am eating.
Good luck in your healthy journey0 -
Here's a link to a recipe site that allows you to enter a desired level of macros: rippedrecipes.com
My tip is to make stuff in big batches and portion them out. Less time spent cooking that way.0 -
