Im having a problem with my tracking. I track all my food and exercise daily I have been stay in under my calorie goals but when i enter any workouts i have done it adds more calories to my daily goal. then when I go enter my day to close the day off I get a notice saying that I am not eating enough calories and that my progress wont be tracked. is it not correct that you burn or try to burn as many calories as you take in? I have been diligently workout out and eating right over the past two weeks with results starting to show. this app helps but what good is it if its not going to show my progress cause its deeming my tracking as unhealthy. ?
