Nutrients and macros?

forgive me for not grasping it, but can someone tell me how my nutrients look good with percentages left for the rest of the day but when I look at the macros graph it says I'm slightly over in the percentages? Thanks!!

    I think I get what you mean. Balancing your macros is a complicated art in my experience, its easy to eat too many carbs and fats in my case, and often difficult to get enough protein. The percentages for nutrients can look fine but unless you have really watched your macros it is easy to eat the wrong balance of carbs, proteins and fats. It takes time to get it right.

    Personally I don't worry about anything but protein. For now I just want my calories at or a little under my goal. I think protein is a little high for the default in MFP, but I don't really know. I aim for 50 grams at least. I just notice I feel better when I get my protein. I also take a multivitamin.

    Your Food Diary is not set to share with the public, so any response would be speculation.
