Help I have been plateauing for 3 months any ideas?

Hi Jo!
Good job on the progress so farHere are a few couple that work for me when I am on track.
Up your water intake, I usually drink between 3-4 litres a day.
Don't snack after supper. Try to leave at least 3 hours before bedtime of no food. This one wasn't hard for me as I have never been an evening eater.
I'm sure you will be getting more progress soon! I hope you and Al area doing well. It seems like forever since I have seen you.

I would love to help but your diary is closed and you don't tell us anything at all about your current routine. Without knowing what you're already doing it's hard to give any advice on what to change.0
