Just joined the gym and need someone to be of support to me as I really dont like working out...have started cardio, running, cycling and swimming but need to put muscle now...

    Congrats on the workouts and joining a gym it sounds like your on the right path, anyone can be your buddy as long as the two of you are into supporting one another. But did you mean to say gay or guy,? Either way good luck with your search for a buddy ;)
