I'm only on day three of actually trying to stick to a healthy routine, and I'm already crashing into a semi depressive state. I always feel like I could run 5 marathons with nothing but coffee and fruit when I'm manic, but when I'm depressed it gets so hard to even want to do anything except for eat and sleep... I'm laying in bed coming up with excuses not to run or do something today...
