Hey!

I joined the site earlier, a friend had mentioned that she found the site really helpful and so I wanted to join to have a look round too!

Anyway, I am currently doing a personal training course and I guess I wanted to join the site to see if I could help support and motivate people with their health and fitness goals!

So far, I have worked with some amazing clients and I've learnt a huge amount from each and everyone of them! And I hope to be able to share my experiences and the things I learn and use and at the same time to learn.
