Any successful Muffin top losers

i feel like all I need to
Lose is this "muffin top" ..my problem is we are always on the road and always going for fast food. Although I am so over McDonald's..I have turned into a Chick fil A junkie..only thing I get is the 6 piece nugget kids meal and I drink water. I have sworn off other fast food spots now and today..I am choosing to eat different. I love fruits and vegetables but I am a picky eater. Food isn't my own worst enemy, I am. Lol

Now I guess I need an exercise routine of some sort.

    Heck yeah. All you gotta do is keep with the slow calorie deficit. We all love food. I have to always remind myself I can have more next time! Pretty much every day. You can do that too! We all can.

    PS and yes of course exercise is a good idea. I would highly recommend an all body weight training program for women. There are many.
