I started the butt bible last week. I'm doing a modified version of it to hopefully get result in 4 weeks for my beach vacation :)

I am on my second week. Sundays are my rest day.

Week 1
Butt Bible lower level 1
Butt Bibile lower level 2
Butt Bible Lower level 1
Butt Bible lower level 2

I havn't really decided what to do for week 3 and 4 but I'll see how i'm feeling. I took before pictures and after pictures for week 1 and I already notice a difference. I will post my progression when I'm finished with week 4.

It's been really hard but its getting easier. I already notice more definition in my thighs and the dimples in my bum are less noticable. I am thin now after losing 40 pounds but I have always had strong legs and no muscle tone in my butt. These videos really target the butt muscle and I can feel it working.
I'm excited! But they do get really boring after a while. I'm struggling to finish Level 2 not because its hard but because its quite boring. No fun factor here after you've watched it more than one time. I might intertwine some lame 80's butt workout videos from youtube into my workout to add some spice. Or maybe some prancercising....

Any one else out there have god results with the butt bible? Anyone have a body type that is strong everywhere but the butt?
