When I was in high school, my freshman year I weighed 300 lbs I lost a hundred in a year, later on I got lazy and slacked off I gained 18 lbs from that hundred I took off. I'm out of high school, I have a job, my father had two surgeries within the last 3 months, I'm stressed out and need motivation and help.

Welcome to MyFitnessPal Monique. With patience and consistency you can do this. Start tracking your food and eat more calorie deficit days than maintainence days and you will surely receive results. You can do it. Many of us have. NEVER GIVE UP.0
