Hi, I'm Thao. I've had MFP for a while, but I've only been religiously logging for about 6 weeks now. I just started to explore the app some more and I'm thrilled to have found this community. I'm nearing my goal weight, but I'm looking for some support in maintaining once I get there. I've been yo-yo dieting since middle school and I'm ready to finally stop the cycle! I don't want to diet anymore; I want to create a new healthy lifestyle. I'm a HUGE junk food and fast food junkie, so I need all the support I can get not to relapse. Looking forward to being an active member of MFP!!
