Hi;
I'm based in Australia and have travelled to and lived in most states. I'm currently based in regional Victoria but heading back to Perth soon.
My weight loss journey has been up and down for a couple of years now, since having baby #3, but progressively I am continuing to lose weight even though I have "fallen off the wagon" so-to-speak (a few times).
I use USANA shakes for breakfast because I know this boosts my metabolism to eat something within half an hour of waking up. I also use the USANA multivitamins as I have been a smoker for many years and know my body needs all the help it can get.
I run a free community page on Facebook for people to link up, as when I had my third baby I dieted (lost about 15kg) by just cutting out bad foods, sweet drinks, and maintaining regular exercise. This got a lot of other mums asking me "how do you do it?" So go check out my page at

On fb I share healthy recipes, nutrition and fitness articles, information about mud runs, charity walks, funny videos as well as tips and hints!
This helps me to stay motivated and keep being inspired so I keep going in my own journey of weight loss.
