Time to Get Back at this...

So, I was using MFP pretty regularly last year, lost approx. 45 lbs. Started exercising and things went to hell. I did the inches tracking, at first it was great. Then slowed...and then I got food poisoning. That sucked any motivation I had left right out of me. I was mentally defeated - what stamina and endurance I had built up was G-O-N-E after 3 days of barfing my guts out (and other stuff that I will NOT mention, haha!).
I didn't lose, but I was able to pretty much maintain...until I went back to work. I've gained a few pounds in the last couple of months - (between 5-10 but it's around TOM, so I can't give an accurate amount). I also had some scary health issues - namely facial numbness, major anxiety attacks, migraines - all of which my neurologist pointed to DEPO.
So now I'm off the depo, which I was on more for "health" issues than birth control - and waiting to see how the hormone fluctuations play out.
I'm pissed off at myself for gaining the measly 5 lbs, being unmotivated, and really I'm sick of being fat.
So...I'm back on here, logging, and I have been working out the last few days. I just need to get over that initial "OMG I am sore" phase and get back into the "this is FUN". I'm also ready to be back at the point where when I do have a slip up, it's not as big of a deal because I AM getting that physical activity.
Anyhow - looking to add some new friends, since many deleted me due to my inactivity (not blaming them, just sayin' lol).
