so I'm back and ready to do this properly. I think actually having some people added to share the journey with might help a great deal haha

I used to suffer from binge eating disorder and I'm well on the road to recovery although I still have body dysmorphia. I'm learning to love myself every day.
I lost 3 stone since 2011 just by changing my diet and walking and then joining a gym in 2013! I'm so fanatical about fitness im not training to be a personal trainer :)
I got down to 9 stone but I've gained a stone back and am currently at 138lbs. I'm happy to maintain this but would like to lose 8lbs by August if I can.

Anyway if you are a sensible eater who doesn't post lettuce lunches and diet coke and restrict then I will happily follow your journey.

I think the added pressure of people seeing my intake helpse to stay healthy and binge free :)
