Okay - someone be frank. How much jumping is involved in Insanity?

My husband has a friend who has the program, thinking about borrowing - but the jumping part has me nervous...how much is there? Can it be modified?

you can modify it, but then you wont get the full benefit... if you cant jump its probably not the programme for you to be honest!
