Negligible. I really wouldn't worry about anything but the sodium in bean brine. Isn't it just salt water?0

Thanks - my Eden brand has (if I remember correctly) 125 mg of sodium/can. I'm just trying to calculate the calories for a recipe using the brine (marsh mellow fluff - believe it or not!)0
