hello. I was identified as being sensitive towards carbs. My diet has always been healthy consuming lots of veggies, fish, and whole organic grains. I have not eaten refine food for years. Recently I have been trying to get in 25 grams of fiber in an aim to improve my colon health and my doctor started to notice that I was sensitive to carbs (good carbs was just as bad a bowl of ice cream). Consequently, I retained water easily and the water retention will not go away. I started to break with cystic type acne around my menstrual; I had joint pain; my breast, feet, and hands got swollen when they feel like. In otherwords, my hormone was out of balance. I was placed on a carb sensitivity program and I been dedicated to this program for 21 days. I feel much better ( no joint pains).

Perfection... on working with your doctor and adhering to recommendations based on your individual needs. Not everyone has carb sensitivity but you are well on your way.. keep working with your doc..

There are some low carb groups on here if you want to share ideas with folks on a similar eating plan? The LCD Group is a low carber forum. Good luck.
