Hi there,
I've been using mfp for a while now but never ventured into the community section.
Feel free to add me, would be nice to chat to people with similar goals, share tips and advice to make sure I'm on the right path.

I'm 29 from Durham in the UK, looking for more muscle definition and that elusive six-pack.
Current stats:
Height: 5ft 10
Weight: 76kg
Currently doing 4 circuit training sessions and 2 (10k) runs per week.
Aiming for a 40/40/20 split of protein/carbs/fat.
