Hi everyone I've been using this app for 15 days now and luv it! Just having a hard time tracking my workouts at the gym. Can anyone help with that?

If you want more accurate results of what you burn at the gym I found a heart rate monitor very helpful.0

Heart rate monitors are most accurate with steady state cardio, if you lift weights or do any type of strength or resistance training it won't be very accurate.
Strength training and lifting can be logged as "strength training" (lifting/weight machine/resistance), " weight training " (lifting), or " circuit training " (HIIT) in the cardio section depending on the type of routine you're doing.
Hope this helps.0 -
