Top Of The Morning To Ya!

Good morning folks! I finally have a little bit of time to set up my profile and check out the "Community" within "My Fitness Pal"
I am a 57 year old male, soon to be 58 and can't believe that I have made it to this age. Reviewing my antics as a young'n and I guess some as an adult, does surprise me that I am alive.
Wouldn't change a thing though.....Boy, did I have fun! Come to think of it, I am still having fun and really don't want to change that.
I guess that is why I am here. If I wouldn't have made the decision to once again confront my nemesis of weight gain, I don't think there was much more fun to be had. Lethargic and Out of Breath nearly all of the time, the writing was on the wall.
Would you believe that 20 years ago I took part in an aerobics marathon lasting 17 hours? I weighed 175 Lbs. at 6'1". 5 years later I weighed 285 Lbs. I lost 85 Lbs. and 5 years later I weighed 301 Lbs. I lost 124 Lbs. and weighed 177 Lbs., then in March of this year I weighed a whopping 320 Lbs. I am on my way back down, hopefully for the last time. The tickets for this Roller Coaster are getting way too expensive and if I don't stop riding it, I may not make it back to the gate this time.
Enough about me....Wishing everyone success.... and by the way, if you have ridden the same coaster, I would be happy to read about it...well not "happy", but definitely interested.
