Hello, I did a stationary bike for three miles at an RPM of around 66 for twenty minutes and I am getting a kcal burn of about 110 in the machine and double on fitness pal (220). Which is more accurate?

I believe neither. I found that a Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) would give me a better measure of calories burned on a cardio activity. I use Polar FT7. Both Machine and MFP calculations were way over.

depends on your weight and your resistance on your stationary bike. I can burn 300 calories in 20 mins if bike is on full resistance. As op said get a heart rate monitor it will give a more accurate measure of calorie burn than the machines do.
I am also a Polar FT7 user very good monitor for not many bucks.0
