u wouldn't be strict paleo. but many people customize to make they're own version of 'paleo' if it's working for u and u feel good it shouldn't really matter

So what? Eat the foods you love and eat them in moderation and you'll be fine.

I'm confused. What do you want opinions on? Are you trying to do a paleo diet?

    Do you need to be?

I don't see the problem - if you like peanuts, eat peanuts. If you like milk, drink milk. Log it and move on. What's the problem here?

Yum! :yum: If you are losing weight and eating healthy, who cares what "label" you have?

Also, read the Wikipedia article in full if you haven't already... Here's a good quote: "The British Dietetic Association named the paleo diet as among the five worst celebrity-endorsed diets of 2015, saying it risks being 'unbalanced, time consuming, [and] socially isolating' and so 'a sure-fire way to develop nutrient deficiencies.'"

I agree completely with their evaluation.

Okay. I eat almonds and whole milk and cheese and meat and veggies and fruit and rice and beans and pasta and bread and chocolate and ice cream and....

They are all delicious in moderation.
