I just had surgery and will be out of the gym for 4-6 weeks. I really want to maintain my weight. I don't know where to begin as far as daily caloric intake. I'm 31 yrs old 5'0 116lbs and a mom of 3! Any support is appreciated!

I would just adjust your activity settings on your MFP profile and they'll devise a new recommended calorie count. i.e.: sedentary vs lightly active0

If you were eating your exercise calories then that part will self-adjust.
So it would just be your activity setting that may have to change.0
