Struggle Bus!

I am not new to this (exercise, dieting, stuggling, this program) but this is my first time being actively involved. I started using this about a year ago hoping that seeing my intake would help me measure the good/bad calories etc.... However I stopped. The past 4 months I have been exercising everyday, cardio and strength, and I have yet to see any results. I know it is a slow process that takes motivation and some sweat but it is so frustrating. I have even changed my diet (I love carbs) to a more protein based diet. I feel healthier which ultimately is what I want to be. However I just am having a hard time shedding the weight.

This is my new beginning and I am determined to do this. If others can, I can as well. It just might mean I need a little extra elbow grease?!
