BodyPump and lifting on back to back days?

I've been doing the BodyPump classes for a few months now and I really enjoy them. However I've learned from MFP that this is more cardio than strength. So am I okay lifting the day before or after a class?

    Sure, I run or do HIIT or a workout DVD like 30DS or BBL on days I don't lift. Sometimes I run in the AM and lift in the afternoon!
